I've just watched this again after 20 or more years and now, with the availability of the internet, I've discovered how many of the original cast have died including Richard warwick, Christine Noonan and Robert Swann. How very sad as I still see them as the fresh faced youths of the time. Love this series of threads from you all. So much information. Thanks folks.

The older ones as well of course. Graham Crowden and Peter jeffrey both died fairly recently (last couple of years). Arthur Lowe and Mona Washbourne much earlier.
