Is it just me or does the song "Heffalumps and Woozles" sound a LOT like the "Hubcaps and Tail Lights" theme from BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S?

Wow! Only two years between initial posting and first reply!
I've noticed several such instances of musical schizophrenia since then.

Most noticeably: 'Slimer's" Theme in the Ghostbusters films (and particularly the cartoon series) is an almost literal ripoff of I Love To Cry at Weddings -which is itself strangely similar to We Need A Little Christmas from Auntie Mame.

They also did some of the vocals in Alice in Wonderland.
