Looking For Similar '60's Radical' Movie

Back in the summer of 1969 there was what I thought was a made-for-tv movie about student radicals. I don't remember any of the plot except one radical is probably being hunted by the law and needs to hide his incriminating personal journal. It sticks in my mind because that's why I started to keep a journal. Sorry I can't remember more. A search some years ago led me down some dead ends... one to Medium Cool, and Wild In the Streets...
