TCM should show it

I saw it when it was in theaters, I was about 13, even then I embraced anything counterculture. If my parents were appalled by it, it had to be good. Love Billy Jack, Easy Rider and Alice's Restaurant. The 60s were the greatest.
Anyway, I think WITS would be a great choice for Turner Classic Movies to show. I don't recall ever seeing this film on TV

I just watched it on THIS, so it undoubtedly will be shown again, as they repeat films at certain intervals.

I'd love to see this teamed up with "Privilege". The two really would pair up well, at least in my opinion.

By the way, I saw this at the drive-in when I was in my late teens. I already was a Christopher Jones film, and I think I must have seen everything he did. I still love his appearance in "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", wish that I could watch him as Jesse Jamess again, and long to see "Chubasco" again. I know that I still have all the magazine clippings of Christopher and often wondered what happened to him. I've always thought that he had so much potential. Oh! I still have my 45 of "Shape of Things to Come"! AND, I still have the novelization.

yes indeed this movie is virtually never on tv ...however..just this week on a cable network called THIS...it was finally shown and i got to save it on my dvr. A really idiotic movie intended as a parody but taken seriosly by teenagers..it is even so.still fun to watch. Perhpas the most amusing thing about watching it in 2012 is that Cristopher Jones never had a decent film career..is now a reclusive professional painter...and funniest of all..he's now 72 YEARS OLD !!!
Old age always gets its revenge.

I saw it dozens of times when I was only 21..and thats because I was the assistant manager at a movie theatre..where it played for many weeks.

I still get a kick out of it.

Unfortunately, Jones passed away this year, so we'll never know if he prefered his wheelchair facing the sun or the shade.
