Where to get WMC

I was involved in the distribution of Why Man Creates and have always wanted a copy for my library. Is it available as a DVD? Or perhaps on VHS?
I'd appreciate any info available.

I would look for it in the library...
I remember showing this at a meeting of Dr.s in 1978 on 16mm film I borrowed from the library...I don't remember when I first saw it but I will always remember this film...

pyramidmedia.com is for institutions. Look instead at the "direct to consumer" site pyramiddirect.com, where it is $49 for VHS or DVD.

Be aware that this DVD was made from Saul Bass's own videotape transfer of a 16mm print. It is NOT perfect but it's good enough to enjoy the film all over again.

Does anyone know if WMC was originally shot in 35mm?

For anyone who lives in West Los Angeles, the Cinefile Video store (next to the NuArt Theater) has a DVD copy for rent in the "Experimental" section, along with 4 or 5 other Saul Bass shorts!
