Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

There wasn't one. The song "Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows!" was released as a single on A&M Records by Boyce & Hart in '68 but it's different than any of the versions heard in the film. They jazzed it up quite a bit in the hopes the single would become a hit. However, it never cracked the national Top 100 singles chart. The 45 RPM single still comes up on eBay now and then in used condition. Sometimes new if you're lucky. You can also find the single on some of the Boyce and Hart CDs that have been issued.

There has been a seller on eBay who auctions off the soundtrack to the first film "Trouble With Angels" with "four bonus tracks" from "Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows" claiming it is an import CD from Japan. But most CDs from Japan are issued with a white CD spine and his is black, which sort of gives it away as a bootleg. He's the only seller on eBay who has carried it these past few years which is another give away. I can't find this Japanese CD from any of my Japanese connections so I am sure it is a bootleg.

The original 1966 soundtrack for "Trouble with Angels" by Jerry Goldsmith was eventually issued on CD in 1991 but in England, along with another Goldsmith soundtrack "Stagecoach" on one CD. The CD has since gone out of print and goes for big bucks on eBay and the Amazon marketplace.
