Wow! What an epic

I just finished watching episode 4 of this sprawling movie. This is a work of art in some places. If anybody wants to watch it, it is free at the Mosfilm site. The Moscow scene in part 4 made the movie for me. What a work of art that was. In many ways this movie reminded me of Gone with the Wind yet in many ways was better. The only downside is that the Russians never rush in making a movie. If the story can be told in three hours, they will surely find a way to tell it in five ;)

With that understanding, if you can handle that then you will probably appreciate this movie for the sheer cinematic splendor
