Any news of a region 2 release in the works?

There just got released one in the Benelux by Moskwood

There exists also a Finnish R2 release (I bought it a few weeks ago), but it has only Finnish subtitles.

Avoid the Finnish release like plague, it's pan&scan.

There's no R2 release, but don't worry. RusCiCo has released both PAL and NTSC versions of the film, they're both region free and come with a variety of subtitles.

Are these available on Amazon?

I want to buy it, don't care about the price and want to know which one is best. I live in the UK - can anyone help? I can probably get a chipped DVD pre-disk for my DVD player if the worst comes to the worst. . . . then I'll be able to play a region 2 disk on my unit. Basically, I'd be grateful if you could tell me which DVD to buy.

The second seems to be pan&scan. Eurggh.
