Is this what Fuego with Isabel Sarli is based on?

I've Seen Fuego and Own it. but looking at Russ Meyers work it seems vixen from 68 sounds just like Argentina's Fuego from 69. Anyne know?

Except for the fact that both films are about a nymphomaniac who cheats on her husband, and who also has lesbian tendencies, there are no similarities.
