On youtube there are various songs with this title and people trying to sort them out. Someone says that Aznavour sang his She over the closing credits of a movie named She. See one discussion in the post "The story of She". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPhb6Zlniy8
The song was based on the score for the film; music by Italian composer Mario Nascimbene. The vocal is apparently by Bob Fields. The score (including the song) is available on a CD with the score for the original Hammer "She". It is excellent and details can be found here:
