Leonard Jackson play's Mr. Oakley " The Welfare Man" who Tank pushes into the street. Mr. Oakley is billed as Leon Bibb in the credits, but I've seen Leon Bibb in For The Love Of Ivy, it's not him in this movie it's Leonard Jackson from The Color Purple!
