The white car

The odd white car that the Touchables use to take Christian to the dome is a 1963 Studebaker Avanti, built in South Bend, Indiana. It was designed by Raymond Leowy and his team of Tom Kellogg, Bob Andrews, and John Ebstein in just forty days.

I think it's surprising and wonderful that they chose to feature it in such a trenchant example of the Brit Mod era. To me it complements that amazing bubble house perfectly.
