Should Thomas Crown Have Picked Vicki (Faye Dunaway) Or Stayed With Gwen (Astrid Heeren)?

I know that Faye Dunaway's character of Vicki was written to be more of a challenge to Steve McQueen's character of Thomas Crown (TC), however Asrid Heeren's charater of Gwen had a lot going for her.

Gwen was beautiful.

Gwen was young but worldly.

Gwen was available with a simple telephone call.

Gwen looks great in just her panties getting out of bed.

Gwen would pick TC up after he went hang-gliding.

Gwen cared about TC. She is upset that he takes chances on landing the glider.

Gwen would not get you locked up for robbery.

I think the writer or director made a mistake in not making Gwen have more flaws. It made it real hard for me to side with Faye Dunaway.
