Loved this movie..where's the DVD?

When, oh when is a USA DVD coming out? I still fondly remember this movie..I thought it was the ultimate 1960's international caper flick (with "Grand Slam" running a close second...which is on DVD, with its hilariously catchy Ennio Morricone theme music) Two fascinating things about "Las Vegas" -- virtually no camera movement, even the action sequences are quickly cut shots from fixed positions...and that wild jazzy Georges Garvarentz music...over thirty years later and I still can't get his "wordless song" theme out of my head...

Can't wait for this to come out, either.... damn those studios and their catalog titles. They're too busy releasing their *beep* popcorn mainstream movies on dvd over and over again....

POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Is this the movie I remember from years back, where they have the armored car underground with the guards still inside it, and they keep trying to find ways to get in, or make the guards come out? And towards the end, the guards do come out, there is a shootout, and the guards get killed? Then I wanna say the bunker blows up for some reason, and when the survivors get to the surface, they find themselves completely surrounded by law enforcement, with money blowing around everywhere?

I have been trying for years to figure out what movie that was. Is this it?

Sure is!

Warner Archives has just made it available (9/14/10). Widescreen version. Should be much higher in quality than the awful Spanish release (dubbed in Spanish plus totally faded colors).

It's a good transfer. I saw this on tv when I was young, but never came across it again. I remembered them trying to get inside a high tech armored car, while it was in some underground chamber. I stumbled across this at Warner Archives; and, lo and behold, it's the movie I recalled seeing 30 years ago. Love the jazzy music.

I saw this movie at the theaters when I was a kid. I just saw it again on TV and I liked there are some great shots of old Vegas. There a few great Arial shots of downtown and the old train station. In addition, an air shot of Caesars palace and the dunes.
