I just saw this movie on DVD, and I bought the DVD for just seven bucks! This disk comes with a commentary from Peter Bogdanovich, and he is really good. If you plan on throwing seven bucks away by going to the movie theater, consider buying this disk instead.

Caught this on Bravo and knew nothing about it. I was shocked and horrified when the guy killed his family and started shooting people on the freeway. Especially since I lived in California, the freeway capitol of the world at the time.
I LOVE horror movie and have seen tons, but this movie disturbed me in a way that few others have.
It's a shame it's so unheard of.

Lol Kate the movie just came out on DVD in Romania and I paid about ten dollars for it but nevermind it was definitely money well-spent. I live in Timisoara - right next to Lugoj, the town were Bela Lugosi was born, and just love old horror films. Targets is simply brilliant and watching Karloff getting scared of his reflection in the mirror was alone worth the price of the DVD. Underrated indeed...

I got the DVD for $1...it had the commentary and a featurrette and I must agree...it was a great film and probably the last respectible film in Karloff's long career
