Does anyone else just want to punch Bogdanovich's face. I don't know what it is, but every film or show I see him in I just want to punch his face. He's always got this smug arrogant look that just says "I need a punch in the face." I'm no saying I don't like his films or roles, but I just always want to hit him.

I guess it's a person to person thing. He was an amazing actor, don't get me wrong. In fact, I think it's a testament to his craft that I dislike him so much in the movies he's in.
In this movie though you were supposed to at the very least find his character tolerable, so perhaps it's more of a clash of personality that makes you want to smack the crap out of him.
For me, Sean Penn is that person. Every time I see him I want to throttle him.
I myself quite like Bogdanovich and find myself agreeing with him more often then not.
