Any way to get English dub version?

So from what I've read, it seems that this was dubbed into English back in 1969 but never released. It was only ever aired on TBS once or something like that. Does anyone know if there's any way to get the English version of the film? Also, is the dub faithful like the newer Ghibli stuff, or is it a hack-dub like Warriors of the Wind?

You can watch it on Amazon Instant. As far as the dub , well, the songs were dubbed but besides that I think the rest of the script was fairly accurate.
