I know this anime!!

when I read the description, I
thought "Hey...I've seen this anime before!" (This is
how I know that Hilda survives giving up her
amulet...) I remember seeing it about six years
ago...I was off school and flicked over to a channel
where I saw Hols being stabbed by Hilda and falling
into the pool of water. As I watched, I didn't know
what the HECK was going on but then I saw Grunwald
standing there and calmly telling Hilda "That was well
done." Then Hilda's squirrel-friend exclaimed that
he/she thought that what Hilda had done was a shame -
she decided to go and live with the humans, telling
Hilda that at least HUMANS could be kind.

This anime ruled...anyone else got any memories of it?!! Hope they bring it out on DVD...
