Were the 3 girls murdered?

I just saw the segment at the crushed car lot. In addition to several people reading aloud from various books, one man is distributing machine guns and rifles and at one point a red car enters and 3 white girls get out, wearing white robes/dresses. One of them lies on the ground while a man gropes her. Then another man with a gun pulls her up and takes her over to where one girl is bloody lying face down in the back of a van, and the third girl is standing up, blood on her and on the ground, and the first girl is lined up as if to be shot. Then the camera moves away and covers the reading of manuscripts from one man to another who is repeating what he is told and recording it on a reel-to-reel recorder. Right in the middle of this scene, gunshots ring out, and we don't get to see what happened. Were these girls murdered, or was this all staged as art and propaganda? Who knows?
