Movies Like This?

I suppose starting with the rest of Frank and Eleanor Perry's films would be a good start (I adore Last Summer already), but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for films similar to this one in terms of tone, style, and/or approach. Both The Swimmer and Last Summer have a bleak harshness to them, but also a melancholy, even depressing core, all of which is bundled up into an almost surrealistically attractive package. Both unique films and both quite powerful. I haven't seen any other films like them. Any suggestions?
