soundtrack

I have always loved the music in this film, I actually have old cassette recordings of it made with '70s era portable recorder (cheapie) with the mic pointed towards my TV (LOL!).

In the Internet age, however, I purchased a nice lp of the original soundtrack, which as any Sweet Ride fan knows contains a fantastic title song written by the incomparable Lee Hazlewood and performed by the equally incomparable Dusty Springfield.

I was unhappy to find that the lp does NOT contain my other favorite musical interlude, that being the music played while Sarrizan surfs while "thinking about what to do" about his overall situation at the moment, vis-a-vis Bisset.

I realize soundtrack recordings do not contain every musical note in a film - I'd sure like to find a digital copy of the film, I guess it'd be the only way to get that tune... oh well.
