Where is the beach house?

Someone has to know where the beach house in this movie was located. I have been back and forth a dozen times through Malibu on Google maps to no avail. I am assuming it has long since been scraped off the face of the earth. It had to be just off the PCH, you can see cars whizzing past in the background. That rules out Pt Dume, as the highway is too far away. The opening beach scene of Vicki being dumped out of the car is the Pt Dume scene, on Westward Beach Rd below the cliff. I am thinking the other scenes have to at least be west of Malibu Colony somewhere, because of the cliffs. Birdview Dr. and Sealion Place is where Denny drops Vicki off at her house. Possibly the beach house was in the area of Decker Canyon Rd or Encinal Canyon Rd, off PCH. It has to be west of Zuma Beach. Can anyone help with any further information?
