Coming to the Starz network in July of 2016

This somewhat rare made-for-TV flick is scheduled to air on one of the Starz network channels (Starz EW, to be exact) on July 21st and July 22nd, 2016.

Now, people will be able to DVR the film for themselves, and not have to resort to buying "illegal" copies from "crooks."

Thank you so much for posting this. I saw this film as a child on its original TV run and loved it. I've only seen it once more years ago. It'll be nice to see it without commercials. Thanks again.

Budget cuts had nothing to do with the Apollo Program being canceled.

I like to post notes on the IMDB when rare films reappear after long absences. The film is scheduled to air on July 21st and 22nd, 2016, but do check your local listings. Hopefully, it will air as scheduled.

Fortunately, my cable provider has a pretty good program grid that will show what is scheduled weeks ahead of time. I've already found when SFALM is showing and marked it with a reminder. My DVR can hardly wait.

You are truly performing a kind service there, my friend. I am also looking for a wonderful old TV film entitled "The California Kid". It stars Martin Sheen, Nick Nolte (both very young) and the late Vic Morrow. If you happen to learn it is scheduled, would you please let me know?

Wow the California kid.. I'd love to see that again too!

Thank you for the "heads-up" on the schedule for this long-lost film. We thoroughly enjoyed it, recorded on DVR. I seem to remember seeing this at a drive-in movie theater years ago. I am still looking for "Cockeyed Cowboys of Calico County," which I know has been shown on the same cable network. If you hear of it, please give us another heads-up.

Thanks Again!
