the Penguin - Burgess Meredith, the Riddler AND the Joker - Frank Gorshen and Cesar Romero - never seen that before...

Holy bizarre casting! They said neither would ever be officially released but Skidoo's on disc and Batman's finally on its way!

As for Eartha... In January of '68, Eartha Kitt spoke out against the Vietnam war at a luncheon held by the President's wife, Lady Bird Johnson, and Kitt was basically blacklisted in the USA as a result of the incident. It wasn't until the '80s when Kitt reclaimed American acceptance. Shame, with some of the bizarro films she later appeared in (Serpent Warriors, Dragonard, Living Doll, Ernest Scared Stupid, etc.), I suspect she would've been at home in this campy trainwreck!
