Carol Channing...The first Lady Gaga...?

I wonder if Gaga took Carol's wig for her video, Poker Face. Ever noticed that Carol seemed to be first when she was singing Skidoo on the ship? I guess she was the original "Gaga" before there was a Lady Gaga. I guess Lady Gaga copied her when she first saw this, correct?

I think Phyllis Diller may have been Gaga before Carol.
