...was totally lame. This was a pretty good movie, and I got tired of the critic's comparison to Paleface. As I stated before, Barb stole the show and Don was his usual funny self. It was never meant to be a award winning movie, because it's just a nice little B movie for people that like to find nice little surprises in B movies. Once again, the harsh judges that haunt the IMBd boards need to take a breath and stop being so negative. No one begs harsh critics to come to these boards.

This movie is shown on AMC regularly because the people that work for this channel agree with me.

Dear kurt-2000,
Some of the "critics" on IMDB are possibly so bored with their own lives, that they must make negative remarks just to get a reaction from others.
Mr Knotts was an entertainer, a GREAT one.
His movies, just as his performances on The Andy Griffith Show, are suitable for anyone,then and now. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for very many performers.
Harsh critics should go back to bed and get up on the other side.
