CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THE LOCATION...?

Of the church and the 'new' tower blocks at the beginning of the film. And also of the house that Mia Farrow lived in. Thanks for help.

Debenham House, it's is a gothic landmark in Kensington, London. The actual address is 8 Addison Road, near Holland Park Avenue and High Street Kensington.

^ I'd call it 'Art Nouveau' or 'Arts and Crafts' rather than 'Gothic'
