Why such a low rating?

6.0 while I am Sartana your angel of death is rated 6.7. What makes that movie so much better than this one?

It probably has to do with the approach between the two directors, Frank Kramer and Anthony Ascott. Kramer's film is a bit dry and somewhat brooding when compared to the Anthony Ascott Sartana films, which are more like cartoons. The sense of humor is pared down in this one where Ascott goes straight for the laughs in certain scenes. I myself prefer this film to all of the official Sartana sequels but there is no question that Ascott's approach was more crowd pleasing.

This one is easily the best Sartana movie I've seen, angel of death was kinda dull thought the camera work and action sequences were amateurish, and some scenes dragged on, also the worst music.

I thought Have A Good funeral Sartana Will Pay was better then angel of death. though not much gunfights or star power, his abilities were shown well, and the music was the best although similar to other SW.

But this one has the best mix of gunfights, deceitful/complex plot, and Sartana character, has some good actors as well.

My favourite Sartana movie is "Light the Fuse...Sartana is Coming" which was the last official Gianni Garko Sartana film. But nobody is talking about it on it's message board, so I came here instead. Light the fuse has the coolest Sartana opening scene and music I think. The plot is also interesting if a bit complex. I would never call the 3 Garko Sartana sequels "cartoons". Light the fuse also has a 7.1 rating if I'm not mistaken.

I agree with you, this film is as stylish as "Light the Fuse..." but one of the main reasons I enjoyed it less was the lack of fitting music.

Piccioni was a great composer but he was a jazz musician and his music here just seems to belong to a completely different kind of film.

I definitely have to agree that the music seemed odd. I was watching with another person and we both commented on it early on in the film.
