which is the correct year for this movie ? These are the ones I found : IMDB - 1967 Wikipedia - 1968 & TCM ( Turner Classic Movies ) - 1969 . An interesting movie , awesome mansion , and Sophia Loren just wonderful of course .
shareJust saw this movie for the very first time ---I wonder if it isn't that the original release (in Italian) was 1967 and the dubbed version in english was released two years later (1969). Anyway just enjoyed it ---I've heard the name Vitorrio Gassman all my life but never saw him till now----and of course Sophia Loren --one of my favorites.
shareThis for me also was the very first time seeing ( or even hearing of ) this movie too ( thanks to TCM for this most interesting find lol ) . That's an excellent observation garrytreat . I wasn't sure what that was all about seeing 3 different years for the same movie lol . This movie had an excellent voice dub-over ( or whatever it's called ? ) too because I just wasn't sure if I was seeing things on the lip movements as well lol .
