What were their clothes made of?

What were the apes and humans clothes made of? It looked like the apes wore leather and wool. The humans didn't wear a lot of clothes. Were they animal skins?

Supposedly the humans in this movie wore well-crafted animal skins.

No, the human clothes were supposed to be tree bark.

The humans were supposed to be animals, so they should have been naked. If only they could have been, especially Linda Harrison.
