Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn's first movie together

I had always heard that Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn met and fell in love on
the set of "Swing Shift." But, it would appear that they appeared in this movie
together several years earlier. Did they notice each other then? I wonder.

Well, I doubt the OP is gonna see this, but I do remember hearing of Goldie saying that she wasn't even aware of who Kurt was when she did this movie. He was so young.

She was 23 and he was 17. Grown women don't usually look for high-schoolers to date. 8-)
