I think Nathan Lane played Oscar and Matthew Broderick played Felix in a Broadway revival not too long ago.
Some may quibble over Lane, but Broderick is perfect for Felix Unger.

Seconded. Broderick is perfect as Felix!

Nathan Lane is a wonderful actor, but I'm unsure about him playing Matthau's character. I'll reserve judgement, though, until I see him do so!

Colin Firth - Felix Unger
Robert Downey Jr. - Oscar Madison

No more remakes. The Odd Couple has been done in so many different versions that it does not ever need to be done again!
