What was with that ending?

What was with that ending? When Edie (even though wearing a bandana, clearly a blonde and recognizable as who she was) is parading around trailer masquerading as the brunette Connie (whom she resembles not in the least), Edie's sister and friend are fooled and strafe trailer with Molotov cocktails, burning it to ground. At which point flaming Edie (or rather very poorly disguised charbroiled stuntman) runs out of blazing trailer. . .and suddenly remorseful sister and pals realize they have really killed one of their own, once body is practically burned beyond recognition beyond her false eyelashes? Delightful shlock!

This is a good educational film on bullying.... It should be shown to children across America. Don't throw molotov cocktails at people, it just might blow up your sister!

Hey, it worked when NCIS had a Mexican corrupt cop kill his drug-cartel-leader sister by mistake thinking he was shooting at Gibbs.

Of course NCIS probably has a lot better writing and acting than this film. 
