Why is "Black Lizard" not included as the title on the front page?

In every instance I know of on IMDB where a foreign film has an English title, the English title is listed up on top, under the foreign title. And sometimes vice versa, with the English title on top and the original foreign title underneath. On the home page for this film, "Black Lizard" is nowhere to be found, even though it's the title by which this film is most widely known outside of Japan. Why is IMDB so lax in this case?
