Creepy witch/ghost story

Yes, this was better than both the segment in Kwaidan and the "Lover's Vow" segment from Tales from the Darkside.

On the other hand, I thought the situation in the latter was portrayed most dramatically and frighteningly, and the gargoyle was a nice touch (being a creature with its own mythology and all).

I enjoyed all three. Oldschool Japanese Horror is about on par with oldschool British Horror. Nicely done..
