When the boys are are the waterhole and the Clayburne brothers ride up, Willie Bill sees them first. He tosses the coffee out of his cup and says, "Somebody comin." When the Clayborns yell, "What are you doin' on our land?," you can see Ford pull his holster over to the front of his body for a faster draw.

When they have stopped for the night and Todo asks, "Willie Bill, how far you figure we made today?" Ford as Willie Bill replies, "Oh, 35, 40 miles."

Later, when J.C. deserts the group and Buck tells Miller to sell the horses as he is going after J.C., Ford as Willie Bill says, "He's a might previous with that gun, Buck."

As far as I can remember, those are Harrison Ford's only lines in the movie.

Just before the sick guy dies shortly after they signed up, in the tent when it comes up that the runaway slave was hung, Ford's character says "Is it true Buck?". I just saw watched it.

No! At the beginning of the movie, about 5 minutes in, his character watches Caan's slug Peterson (JC), then observes laconically, "He's, uh, gonna be mean when he wakes up, Buck" as he chews on a grass straw.

He gets to speak before Stroud or Vincent do.
