Does Frank Thornton have a silent cameo in this film?

Near the end of the movie, when the camera pans across the orchestra pit, is that a young Frank Thornton as one of the musicians? He doesn't have a moustache, but looks like the actor who played Captain Peacock on the classic British sitcom: "Are You Being Served?" Frank Thornton is not mentioned in the credits of the film, or on the IMDB, but I rewound the scene twice, and I am almost positive it is him!
