OK, it's been a while since I saw this movie but I remember it as being cute and somewhat entertaining. The review shown on the IMDB page for this movie just rips it to shreds.
I don't recall it being that bad. :( It's not as entertaining as Merlin Jones but it's not a bad 'old' Disney movie either.
It is adorable! Especially if you ride, which I do. The horse is actually very nice and while the story is a stretch, it is not as bad as "Flicka" (the new one. At least they have riding lessons and real riders. Just a cute, sweet and light entertainment.

Most IMDB reviews are harsh. I thought it was awful gets someone to write, you know it was okay does not.
