bloody ape flick.

i'm trying to find the title of a film i saw when i was about 13. around '95. it was on tv. middle of the night. it had a 70's feel to it. i remember a silver or white gorilla. it was in the hospital.the ape was a mean looking bastard too. he would hide in the rooms, then tear apart the doctors and nurses. thats about all i remember. its been driving me crazy since then. can any of you help me out?

I found it! It's a 1990 film called SHAKMA. Thanks for the reply cyborg.
