Accents

I was surprised to find that Jennifer Edwards was American as unlike the boy with the monkey she appeared to have an British accent, if she adopted the accent for the movie she did a pretty good job of it. The actors playing Peter and Klara were of course both British. Oh and has anyone noticed that the storyline on IMDB is completely wrong for this version?
