Does anyone know who the officer in question is in regards to the JFK assassination? Is there a character based on him in JFK?

i watched the movie last night and i heard the 'officer beep' thing but i have no idea who it is. sorry. no one on IMDb has seen "Greetings" anyway.

ya they just recently released both movies on Netflix and i got so excited because they are pretty much impossible to find. both of them are hilarious!! My two favorite parts are in Greetings when he is doing the JFK thing on the nude woman, and also in Hi,Mom in the very beginning when deniro is looking at the apartment and it is so dumpy. friggin hilarious

i saw it the other day but i taped it off tv and the tape ran out before the end!! what happens after rob deniro is in bed with the photographer woman?
the person who wrote the comment obviously didnt get it, i thought it was great and i laughed a million times!

He says Officer Tippet, the actual cop who was shot and killed that day.
But they couldnt release the name for the film.

He's saying "Officer Tippet."

One of the overlooked "loose ends" in the Kennedy assassination was the seemingly random killing of Officer Tippet.

Among the more interesting theories is that Tippet himself was the shooter from the Grassy Knoll and that he -along with the other shooters- was later killed to keep him quiet (that was allegedly the Mafia's part in the plan).

Weird as it sounds, it's the only theory I've ever heard that gives any sort of explanation as to why Tippet was inexplicably shot that day.
