Did anyone watching this film think that the character of Loco was similar to T-Bag in Prison break?

LOL, they are so similar it's uncanny. I'm sure Robert Knepper must've based his T-bag character on Loco.

Yes. I watched Il Grande Silanezi recently and I totally noticed how T-Bag sound and act almost exactly like Loco. Both are cowards,not physically strong,manipulative,charming when needed and pure evil. Loco's biography is mystery.
