It's avaliable to download from web, but in Italian. I've got a copy but it's not that great, or maybe I don't have some codecs. Now I need Polish or English subtitles for this one!

If you searched for it under the title, "Il Giorno della Civetta (1968)", you might find a version of the DVD which has English subtitles added.

The DVD is a Franco Nero / Claudia Cardinale double feature.
The other film is "I am The Law" A historical drama about wiping out the Mafia
from Italy. It takes place from around 1925 to 1929. During Benito Mussolini's time
in power.
The film "Mafia" was in English. Italian Language segments/scenes cut from US Release were sub-titled in English.
The Wild East now appears to be out of print. They usual issue only 1000 copies of each release.
I bought it from amazon in 2012.
