Other artists recordings of 'People'?

Do any of you know of any other singers have recorded 'People', specifically male singers? I could've sworn Sinatra had a rendition of this.

Frank Sinatra actually passed on the song when his friend Jule Styne had presented it to him, as a way of further publicizing Funny Girl while it was struggling along in try outs. The most noted version in 1964 (and one that almost eclipsed Barbra's own version) was that of Nat King Cole.
Jack Jones, years later, also did a commendable version, as well as Tony Bennett on his 1996 CD "Here's To The Ladies."

Jack Jones recorded the song in '63 or '64 for his album *Where Love Has Gone.* That young, plaintive voice, his ease with the higher notes, and a beautiful arrangement combine in a rendition as good as Streisand's. It's actually on a CD now, a "greatest hits" or "best of."

Standards as good as "People" deserve multiple interpretations. Good singers can/could bring out different merits in the same song. Of course, it wasn't suited to everybody and I cringed when I heard Shirley Bassey's version. But that was the downside and upside of a song's being popular: everybody recorded it and so we got good renditions and unsuitable ones. I was a kid then but I enjoyed listening to the radio to hear who'd recorded "People" or "My Favorite Things."
