Quick, what's the connection between FINIAN'S RAINBOW and THE BIRDS?

Answer: in the opening montage, the characters of Fred Astaire and Petula Clark are seen walking across America. In one shot, they are walking through a pasture with a church and schoolhouse in the distant background. That is the village of Bodega in Northern California, where much of THE BIRDS was shot. (The schoolhouse is where teacher Suzanne Pleshette worked and where the birds perched on the jungle gym bars prior to their big attack.)
