The Raven (1935) and Of Mice and Men

These two movies came to my mind when I watched this film.

The Raven-The room that Luisa was sleeping in turned around and Dr. Vollin was moving rooms around in The Raven

Of Mice and Men-Roland is trying to get Helga to stop screaming and "accidentally on purpose" kills her and throws her to the rock monster. He and Lenny were big and strong and kind of dumb. I think Roland was lobotomized, though. Lenny didn't mean to kill Mae, Curly's wife, though.
