No need to shell out a lot of $$$!! You can get it on both eBay and Amazon for a couple of bucks. It's under the alternate name "Fangs of the Living Dead".

You can even find it in bargain bins at most K Mart stores
for $5 each!

You can also find Fangs of the Living Dead included on a horror/zombie compilation for about $9. I forget the name of the compilation, but I've seen it as several Sam Goody and SunCoast video stores in the New York metropolitan area. It's either in the bargain bin section or the horror section. A clerk could probably point it out for you.
Of note to extreme trivia fans, the flick was included on a triple feature with "Revenge of the Living Dead" and "Curse of The Living Dead" that played mostly the drive-in theater circuit around August of 1973. (You found many of these euro-trash horror pictures, i.e. She Beast, Terror Creatures from the Grave, etc. etc. at the bottom of triple bills playing at drive-ins during the era).
The promotion on television ads and on the newspaper ad included a man in a strait jacket who allegedly went insane upon sitting through the zombie features hyped as "A triple avalanche of grisly horror!" The ad can be found on various Something Weird compilations.

I got this one for $1.00 at my local Dollar Tree store. I found it under the name of Fangs Of The Living Dead as part of a double feature DVD, also included was the B/W classic, Night Of The Living Dead. This movie is a typical '60's horror flick with plenty of organ & bongo background music in this one.

The version I saw has a guy dressed as Jesus coming out of a grave and giving a bj to some rocket jockey. Mahvelous!

Nothing is more beautiful than nothing.

It's also available on the box set Pure Terror from Mill Creek Entertainment.

I'm a totally bitchin' bio writer from Mars!
