Pigeon toed orange peel

I remember during the sixties whenever there was a 'youth' scene requiring some fab gear music Hollywood could be relied upon to produce some of the most awful stuff, but this song playing in the nightclub takes the biscuit for the most dire composition in film in my opinion.
