15 Rue Claude Debussy, Paris - it is the address Lucile uses to write to Charles. Google maps takes us to a busy intersection, but it seems, there is no #15 on this street? I am curious if anyone knows sufficient Parisian geography/history to comment on this, has the city changed in that place since 1968 or was that always a fictional address?

That is not the address that she writes. The address is 15 Claude Debussy, Neuilly-Seine. Is that Paris? I dunno.
