Does anyone know the anti-war song in the beggining?

In the beggining of the movie where the girl is stripping theres a song playing on a phonograph and I dont know the lyrics in Portugese (I think that was the language, correct me if Im wrong) But the subtitles said in english the lyrics were something like "Because we fear the insane
Who are given free reign"
and the girl singing the song said "War!" a few times in the begining? Does anyone know what this song is? I've been trying to find out.

you saw it on TCM too and loved that song? ha! i just logged in to post the same question and u beat me to it. let's see. then we'll have to go thru the trouble of downloading it. ohwell. nice song
